In exchange for participation in the activities of The Muslim Group of USA and Canada, a nonprofit organization, hereinafter referred to as The Muslim Group, and/or use of the property, facilities, and services of The Muslim Group, I agree for myself and (if applicable) members of my group for whom I am purchasing tickets, to the following terms:
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending any events planned and/or controlled by The Muslim Group, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. AGREEMENT TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS
I agree to observe and obey all posted rules, guidelines, and warnings, and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by The Muslim Group, or the volunteers or representatives of The Muslim Group.
I understand that participation in The Muslim Group events involves certain risks, and I assume responsibility for exercising care and good judgment at all times. I agree to comply with all requests made by The Muslim Group volunteers, and I understand The Muslim Group reserves the right to eject any participant who, in its sole discretion, fails to comply. Ejected participants will not be entitled to any refund.
2. ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND RELEASE
I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with participation in these activities and assume full responsibility for any personal injury to myself and (if applicable) my group members. I further release and discharge The Muslim Group, its officers, volunteers, and representatives from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising out of my or my group’s use of or presence at the event, whether caused by myself, my group, The Muslim Group, or other third parties.
3. INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Muslim Group against all claims, actions, damages, judgments, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) which may arise from my or my group’s participation or presence at the event.
4. FEES
I agree to pay for all damages to facilities or property of The Muslim Group caused by any negligent, reckless, or willful actions by me or my group.
5. APPLICABLE LAW
Any legal or equitable claim that may arise from participation in The Muslim Group events shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the event is held.
6. NO DURESS
I acknowledge that I am under no pressure or duress to sign this Agreement, and I have had a reasonable opportunity to review it before signing. I further acknowledge that I may consult with my own legal counsel regarding this Agreement if I so desire.
7. ARM’S LENGTH AGREEMENT
This Agreement and each of its terms are the result of an arm’s length negotiation between the parties. In the event of any ambiguity in its interpretation, both parties expressly reject any legal rule that would construe the Agreement against the drafter.
8. ENFORCEABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising under this Agreement through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, the matter shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND UNDERSTAND IT. I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BY SIGNING THIS RELEASE, I VOLUNTARILY WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.
